We are now marching ahead with the Construction of Embassy Complex for The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Chanakya Puri, New Delhi by H.E. The Royal Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister in the zum of SR.170,625,581.00 equivalent to US $50,000,000.00 and Mini Cinema cum Commercial Complex at Sector-9, R.K. Puram, New Delhi for Sangam Theaters (P) Ltd.

We possess the distinction of having worked for the world-famous construction giant, Ebasco Overseas Corporation (a subsidiary of Embasco Services Inc., New York) on the American Embassy project. Also we have worked in association with Fletcher Construction Company Ltd., New Zealand, and with Videocon Holzmann. Testimonials issued by them are enclosed, which are self-vindicatory. In high accolade of our performance, the former have issued us a letter of commendation of June 14, 1988, a photocopy of which is also attached hereto for your reference. To add, we have also received a Certificate dated June 15, 1988 from the Department of State, Quality Assurance Representative, Embassy of the United States of America, in appreciation and acclamation of our par-excellent job done for them in India - a copy of the same too is enclosed for your kind perusal.

We feel all the more elated and elevated that our Managing Director, Mr. Harcharan Singh Nag, has been honoured by the President of India with the meritorious 'UDYOG RATAN AWARD' on May 7, 1983, and with another award of honour 'SHIROMANI AWARD 88' in December 1988, presented by the Speaker of the Lok Sabha, in recognition of the outstanding works executed by our Company in the field of construction. In addition, our Company has bagged the 'BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF INDIA AWARD' in 1983 in approbation of the superb quality and perfection in our work.

In addition, we are importers of chemicals and bulk manufacturers of drugs like Paracetamol, and various other allied formulations.

We enjoy sound and healthy financial liquidity and solvency. At present, we have in hand jobs worth around Rs.2000 million, and the current annual turnover of our Group is over Rs.1500 million.
